Barrak Life Store – Warranty Policy

  1. Limited Hardware Warranty
  2. Barrak Life Store provides One (1) Year Limited Hardware Warranty – Worldwide to its authorized customers as follows:
  3. Barrak Life Store warrants that all hardware products are free from manufacturing defects. We also warrant our branded hardware products against defects in materials and workmanship that result in material deviation from the applicable published technical specifications (“Hardware System Failure”).
  4. If a hardware defect arises and a valid claim is received within the warranty period, Barrak Life Store will repair or replace the defective hardware within 15 working days upon receipt of the failed unit.
  5. The product must be shipped to Barrak Life Store with shipping charges pre-paid by the customer. Barrak Life Store is not liable for any shipping costs.
  6. In the event of repair or replacement of any part(s), this warranty will continue for the remaining unexpired warranty period or 60 days, whichever is greater. The time taken for repair and transit shall not extend the warranty period.
  1. Warranty Start Date
  2. All warranties are effective from the date of:

  • Commercial Invoice, or

  • Tax Invoice, or

  • 30 days from shipment date

  1. Whichever occurs first.
  2. All warranty claims must be submitted before the warranty expiration date.
  1. Warranty Coverage
  2. This warranty applies only under proper use of the hardware and does not apply if:

  • The hardware has been modified without written approval.

  • The serial number has been removed or altered.

  • The product has been damaged due to lightning, abnormal voltage, water, misuse, negligence, malicious damage, or improper handling.

  1. This warranty replaces all other rights, conditions, and warranties. Barrak Life Store makes no other express or implied warranties, including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
  2. Barrak Life Store shall not be liable for:

  • Direct or indirect damages

  • Special or incidental damages

  • Loss of profit or revenue

  • Loss of data

  • Personal injury or death arising directly or indirectly from product use

  1. Warranty Claim Procedure
  2. Repair Under Warranty
  3. Products returned within warranty will be repaired or exchanged free of charge provided:

  • The product is returned within the warranty period.

  • Inspection confirms the defect is not due to accident, misuse, water damage, lightning damage, voltage surge, or improper use.

  1. Non-Warranty Repairs
  2. Non-warranty repairs are available only for products still in production.

  • Repair cost must not exceed replacement cost.

  • If the product cannot be repaired, it will be returned at the customer’s expense with explanation.

  • A standard service charge may apply.

  • A quotation will be provided before repair.

  • Written approval and Purchase Order (PO) number are required before proceeding.

  1. Return Procedure
  2. Before returning any product:

  • Customer must complete a Repair Fault Report.

  • The report must clearly describe the fault, including usage conditions and environment.

  • Products returned without this report may incur additional fault-finding charges.

  1. Shipping
  2. All products must be couriered to and from Barrak Life Store office.
  3. Shipping costs and insurance charges are the responsibility of the customer.
  1. Insurance
  2. Customers must ensure the shipment is properly insured during transit.
    Barrak Life Store is not responsible for loss or damage during transit.
  1. Product Configuration
  2. Returned products may be upgraded to the latest available revision unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  3. Barrak Life Store reserves the right to refuse repair or exchange if the product has been modified from its original specification.
  4. We are not responsible for any data loss from returned products.
  1. Charges for Repair
  2. If charges apply:

  • Customer must provide a signed quotation approval.

  • Purchase Order number must be submitted.

  • All shipping and insurance charges must be prepaid by the customer.
